X6 - 30 min calls
X8 - 30 min calls
X10 - 30 min calls
All for a fixed fee. No matter what package suits you, you will save money as our bundles are discounted.
There is also NO EXPIRY on the calls so you can save them for HR advice as and when you need them.
You just book a call slot with me that suits you.

About PJ-HR Consultancy
My name is Phil Jones and I am a Freelance Independent HR Consultant and I am an ACAS Accredited Workplace Mediator.
I am a highly experienced HR professional with a proven track record of success in a variety of roles. I am an associate of the CIPD.
I have extensive experience in dealing with a wide range of HR cases, including absence management, performance management, flexible working, complex disciplinaries and appeals, grievances, and workplace mediation in both the public and private sector.
I am an accomplished Employee Relations Specialist, skilled in devising and updating policies and procedures in the workplace.
I am a highly motivated and results-oriented HR professional with a strong commitment to excellence. I am confident that I can make a significant contribution to your organization.
